All purchases through Emerald Acre are final sale. We hope you understand that almost every order and item we create is custom made, to our client's specifications. These types of orders are most likely not able to be restocked or repurchased by other clients.

On the rare occasion that a client may be dissatisfied with their order, we are open to discussions for finding a remedy to the situation.

We hope that you are purchasing with intention, and thoughtfulness, in regards to the production and our processes as a small business.
